Thrash's Trail Mix®
Whether you're out stalking the elusive Snark or hangin' ten, this easy to make snack will keep you going. Thrash always keeps a bag close by when he's skateboarding or surfing.

You need:

  • Something salty (pretzels, little crackers or sesame sticks),
  • Something sweet (plain M&Ms or chocolate chips), and
  • Something chewy (raisins, dried cranberries, or other dried fruit).

In a big plastic bag that you can close tightly:
  1. Mix 1 cup of the salty,
  2. 1 cup of the sweet, and
  3. 1 cup of the chewy items
  4. Close the bag, shake it up and...
You're ready to hit the trail!
